(E) not all the proceedings of the Communist party conference held in Moscow were carried live

别告诉我部分否定时把not转移到修饰谓语动词这一铁一般准确无误的真理在GMAT这种严谨的考试中不成立。。。

all + 名词 + be not即可表示全部否定也可以表示部分否定，在书面语里永远错
