标题: spend in doing还是on doing sth.?

是否spend sth.只能是on sth.和in doing sth.

还是在spend money时用on doing sth.,在spend time时用in doing sth.?

那么spend energy/steel/water之类时是用on doing还是in doing sth呢?

怎么,这个spend的用法没人研究过么,我在google上找到的说法不尽相同,有说可以on doing sth.的,有说要区别的用的,还有的说只能on sth.和in doing sth.的,头都晕了

传统的语法应该是on doing吧

不过你引用的og也只说明了有spend on doing的用法,但是spend in doing sth.的用法到底有没有以及该如何使用呢
