介词结构提前引起的完全倒装，所以market是主语。

不过我倒是不明白，为什么that从句要用is bringing ，凭什么说就一定是进行时呢，用一般现在时不行吗？

market 是主语，是倒装句 A market for.... that is bring back....has grown out of american's fascination with all things antique. C D是明显错的。market 单数，所以A ，E也错

个人觉得that是修饰market的用单数，因为E后面bring没用单数所以只能用 is bringing

个人理解：倒不如说是因为后面还有个that从句修饰market，所以介词短语不得不提前，以便让主语倒装在后，连接后面的that从句。
