among them从句义上看已经包括了including。

(a.c). including 和among them 重复
(b)which 只能就近指代company 不能跳跃指代challenges
(c.e) among these. these 不能指代上文，应该为them 或者these + n.

D正确！ the threat and the decline (are) among them, 作状语修饰前句并且这个修饰中的小状语among them提前做倒装。
