E中少了as in在"and"之後...OG10有一道有用類似的結構 - the same to X as to Y.
the rate of people consuming fatty foods有點怪
因為它可以mean:
the rate of people [who consumes fatty foods] is about the same in Frances as in United States?
rate of people不對吧....
the rate of people's fatty food consumption會比較make sense
