I don't understand why average number of hrs is involved(I don't think it is accurate to say the more number of hours, the more tv produceds, since you need assumption that working efficiency is constant again...). I thought the answer should be something such as: the total number of tv exported to B country hasn't decreased.

所以the number of televisions Borodia imports annually from Vernland has increased
