本题选项主要针对的是and前后的并列问题, 首先, 从句意上来说, determine和differ都是修饰local times的, 而前者是被决定, 后者是主动的不同, 我们的任务就是要毫无歧义的将这些意思表达出来. 选项A和C犯的是同样的错误, and前面用which修饰times, 后面就变成动名词修饰times了, which 定从与动名词无法并列修饰同一个名词.
