C的问题在于完成时不好，另外that are可以省略

首先，那个c选项的，occurring就是多余的废话。其次，not和not also分别是中文里的“不是，而是”，“不仅，而且”！

occurring现在分词表示反复，持续的动作。a phenomenon已经发生应该用从句。because of一般不接复杂的句型，如果里面出现动词的各种形式可以用because从句代替
