波士顿，tax,在赶10。15，狂忙。今年office9月份新来了70个左右的tax，audit不详，mm想知道，我回头可以问问。7月份的时候听说performance不好裁掉了4个第二年的associates。

被cut的人员里面，entry level的大概是多少阿？如果裁员那么多，今年是不是就不要招什么人了阿？

They will always need first years so they will not stop hiring. But I am sure they won't hire as many as last year.

To hire entry level because they want to keep good relationship with the good schools, so that they can get enough new staff when the market is better.

Some cuts are not related to the performance. Less clients and budgets force each team to use less people and lot of staff cannot get enough experience in the first year, so...
