考点：主语一致，独立主格结构

C 和D：that 限定定语从句谓语动词单数，语法上修饰 atmosphere , 而题目的逻辑意思是修饰 interactions between …, 逻辑意思不合理

E. as 连词引导定语从句，错误同上。

B. with interactions affecting… 独立主格结构，表示状态,但是句子里面已经有了一个 on… interactions between…, 作宾语补足语，表示了一种属性状态。句子变成：an array of …collects and transmits data on … interactions…, with interactions affecting… 独立主格机构逻辑意思重复且语义不合理。

A. 重复名词 a interaction that... 作名词重复型同位语，从句对 interaction (抽象名词）进行全面解释。结构简洁，语义合理。
