主语，我觉得是nations，但是对这种表达也不是很清楚，还得请大牛指正。

MM真仔细，我觉得这句话的主语是the solvency of some of the world’s largest multinational banks，应该是倒装句吧，the solvency of some of the world’s largest multinational banks is at stake.  NN
