请问C为什么用完成时阿？

我也刚开始看语法，看看我下面的解释通不通：

这道题的考点：用词准确, 代词指代，逻辑意思，并列

用词准确：排除
D,E 选项

代词指代：排除
            B 选项
            （one 指代
            question, 不和逻辑）

并列
            和逻辑意思：排除A（如果
            see 和 visit 并列，变成
            see rhinoceroses 和
            visit game parks 并列。
            既然如此，see 的范围和
            visit 的范围一样广
            （假设visit 的范围是整个地球的game park, see 的范围也变成了整个地球）。而本题
            see 的范围明显是在 game parks 里。

C 选项使用 have been trimmed 表示一种状态：rhinoceroses 的角被修钝之后的丑样子。

多谢Songmm详细的解答。

现在完成时表示动作已经发生但是持续到现在，可是这里动作trim只是个proposal还没有开始执行，所以用完成时有点奇怪？

前一个分句由分号隔开，阐述建议已经出台。分号后面的句子主句使用现代时，从句使用将来时，但是从句是表示一个还未发生的虚拟情形，即如果 rhinoceroses 的角被修钝了的情况。Once 这个连词（相当于 as soon as...)后面接完成时态，表示一种状态性的条件。
