The next tax law allowed corporations to deduct the cost of the product donated plus half the difference between cost and fair market selling price,with the provision that deductions cannot exceed twice cost.

个人理解：

下一部税法允许公司扣除捐赠产品的成本加上成本与公平市场价格差价的一半，前提是这种扣除不能超过成本的两倍。
