第一个我在OG中没搜到相关用法，但是我觉得这样并列没有任何问题。而如果情态动词在并列成分的前面一个时，可能会产生情态动词修饰不修饰后一个动词的问题。
第二题以前讨论过。BY中没有...times more than的用法，只有...times as..as,以及...times the+n.的用法，但是prep有一题用的...times more+adj.+than.有没有...times more than说不好。。
