B.          and also

C.          but so have

D.          and so also

E.          but so did

答案选Ｃ，不知道为什么！

前面是has soared啊，后面表示类似肯定要用so have的倒装，别的都不对啊，这里的but表示一种对比的意思，生活标准上升是好事，但是失业和价格上升不是好事，所以用but来连接，很完美的答案啊，呵呵

一看到这句子我总觉得是用ＡＮＤ　ＡＬＳＯ连接，都没考虑句意．
