1. avoid excessively restrictive controls 暗示答案将使得 任何 control 都不会 restrictive 。 B符合

2. 寻找一个理由,来解释为什么降价促销,反而没有不促销利润高。 很简单,不促销也能卖出去,何必促销呢。 D就是指出这一点
