答案是B。但是我想问 the devices that allow .... 里， that allow ... 是什么从句？还有that是没有实质作用的对不对？谢谢

我觉得that只是定语从句that的补出原则~没有其他错误的话+that比较好

在GMAT中用于引导限定性定语从句的that只有在先行词做宾语的时候才可以省去

这里先行词是device
