首先， with的结构是错的，因为with...的结构不能修饰前面body's inflammatory response，必须得修饰主语，而主语是body's localized response。所以with结构用法错误，排除A,C

B的sunburn跟前面的the body's...不平行，排除

剩下D,E,一看前面unlike，后面Instead就知道E是错的，剩下D。E当中还有一个明显的错误是until healing. 因为时态是immobilize一般时，所以until后面加完成时是合理的，但用现在分词没有完成的意思。
