此题上镜率极高，但是前后看到不同的答案，晕了，求教！

Several financial officers of the company spoke on condition that they not be name in the press reports.

B. that their names will not be used

C. that their names are not used

D. of not having their names

E. of not naming them

on condition that后面一般跟省略should的虚拟语气
