题目说如果对非法药物的控制成功非法药品的价格就不会下降了

问假设也就是这样推断的前提

e 取非需求下降是价格下降的唯一原因

如果这个成立那么无论控制成功不成功就和价格无关了

其实就是说题目这样推理的前提是认为需求对价格没影响只有这样才能去说管控对价格的影响

他俩有没有关系对于题目而言属于无关

题目没说你就不要想
