标题: 非会计专业的国内四大在职人员申请会计PHD
是帮一个朋友问的：他本科不是会计专业的（计算机一类的），目前是在四大工作的第
三年。他想申请美国的会计PHD，不知道四大的工作经历能不能弥补其非会计专业的弱
点呢？

还有如果能够等升到manager再申请，是不是会有更大的优势呢？因为他本科学校也非常一般，申请牛校的可能性大吗？

会计本科的申都差很远更不用说非会计本科了...

i talked to a professor in accouting at a business school one week ago, and he actually said that the supply in the accounting field is very low, and they especially want to recruit people with a non-traditional background...and those non-traditional applicants can greatly draw their attentionn and interest....

我不知道习惯了几年四大生活的人怎么看待研究领域的人做的这些东东
