A答案中用黑体标出 的部分是多么完美的平行结构。而B中with把平行结构变为了附属结构了。注意分号后面是2层并列。

我帮你补出省略部分，看这样清楚了吗？

而且就算你不了解平行结构， B中 and its hide used for clothing 中也少了一个was. 表示是否的 和表示 被动的是不能替代省略的。

不太明白,是不是就是主动与被动的不同,
