本题选B,怎么感觉这么别扭呢？

是因为经济环境好的时候，学生都跑到收费私人学校了，那么经济环境差的时候这帮学生又会跑回政府资助的学校，而学生与教师比例不变，那么教师就必然增加？

是这个意思么？请大牛指点，不胜感激之

经济不好的时候很多学生在私立学校，到经济不好了必然跑回公立学校读书

学校有义务接受他们，则就需要更多的老师，因此在那里工作反而变得好找

为什么C不对呢? 是因为题目说的是FUTURE RECESSION吗? 所以现在的20 percent more teacher are currently employed...不能作为直接加强?
