我觉得前面已经说了 uncontrolled dioxins已经加了S 所以就不能当作不可数了。

谁可以解释一下 D为什么不对么？
看到一个解释：

D选项: that…and that…本句中that是定语从句的引导词，但that分别在两个分句起不同的作用，实际上不能并列。

见ＢＹＰ145，并列的“功能相同原则”。

不同类型的从句不能够并列，因为从句的功能不相同。如：宾语从句和同位语从句不能并列，定语从句和宾语从句不能并列。

不同功能的定语从句不能并列，因为关系词在定语从句中充当不同的成分。如：n+where…and in
which…不能并列，n.+where…and who…不能并列，但是n.+who…and whose…可以并列。

但是还不是很清楚~~

到底谁跟谁并列呢？
