translate [a language] into [another language].
所以只有A&C are possible answers.
C中的being有點多餘...

如果考時候不知道translate [a language] into [another language]的固定用法.
可以
- guess這個that後是跟is還是are...
- 看parallelism(不一定常對, 可是GMAT的對的句子*一般*是parallel)

先判断单复，One of+复数名词+that 用复数.b太罗嗦,出现了很多they
