A of B, that/ which/ who这种形式说that/which /who 可能指A也可能指B，要根据逻辑意思和单复数判断。但是在相当多的题目中，又说应该就近修饰，修饰B。
碰到这种题目到底应该怎么做呢？NN进来讲一讲
譬如OG诊断49题，讲到在定语从句中先行词要紧跟其所修饰的词。S was one of the most influential artists in the American theater, who trained several generations of actors. 不对，who 和修饰词中间隔了in the American theater.
但紧接着，第50题就来了。Europe hope to create a standardized way of distributing songs and full-length recordings on the internet that will protect copyright holders and foil the many audio pirates. 这个that 难道不是修饰 standardized way 吗？中间也隔了一个on the internet为什么这次就对了？按就进修饰原则应该修饰internet，可是这样句子意思不通了呀

[GTCANADA] 从句意思和逻辑关系来看，that 从句只能修饰 a standardized way，不会引起歧义。
