考点: 逻辑表达（Logical Predication）句子结构（Grammatical Construction）习惯用语（Idiom）

1) 省略结构一定要能够还原

2) appoint是及物动词,后面直接加职务名词（双宾语）: appointed her the chief operating officer of the company

(A) Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison ever had been结构中,had been省略结构无法还原, 也就是说had been无法承接she shattered进行省略

我还是不明白，所谓的还原是什么？如果不省略，还原进去那么应该是怎样的？

我觉得比较得是副词audaciously,补全应该是either Abigail Adams or Dolly Madison ever had shattered而不是had been

我有一个问题了

就是d中with结构到底是修饰动词shattered还是名词expectation？

其实读起来我觉得是修饰动词

但就是动词+名词+with结构，有时候就搞不大懂with到底修饰动词还是名词

还请大家多多指教

能还原的意思是说 she shattered....more than..A or B had done.

应该用do来省略shatter而不是用been
