正确答案是e,但是我觉得c有道理，原因如下：

尽管e说缆车代替大巴减少了损坏，但是并没有比较减少的损坏与人员增加的损坏谁多谁少，不形成削弱；

而c选项说picchu已经是热门的旅人景点，所以游人不会大幅的增加，形成削弱，请问我的推理何处出错了，谢谢大家的帮助！！

而c选项说picchu已经是热门的旅人景点，所以游人不会大幅的增加，这是什么逻辑？长城已经是热门旅游景点了，为啥黄金周去长城旅游上个厕所还要排一个小时队？无关的嘛

而且你自己的结论更本就违反了原文的前提，E你分析的是有道理，但只是can be true就可以了，会出现缆车造成的损失比客车的少就可以了
