答案是E

A.B錯是因為Agreement

C.D錯是因為Previously repeats the idea of in the past

我選了C, 不知道是不是因為文章看不懂, 我知道我错的點, 但對於E 我总觉得要+個that 引導 it would in the past have conceded to rivals 不是that連接句子嗎? 還是因為省略了?

唉呀, 观念好差~~

有能人翻译下句子吗？

AB 是因为they不能指代单数名词company
C是因为两个in the past重复并且被动语态不好
D是因为previously与in the past重复
E正确

限制性定语从句的that是可以省略的，只是宾语从句不行（Prep中有find，believe等动词的宾语从句省略that的例子），另外语义重复在GMAT中属于必错的选项
