Brad: There must be another explanation: as you yourself said, the decline was on the order of 10,000 rentals. Yet Videorama sold only 4,000 videos in 1994.

原文那个人说因为Videoram只卖了4000，而租赁生意下降了10000，所以V不能完全构成对于下降的解释。但如果按照E说的，那些买了的人还会借给他们的朋友，实际卖4000可能就相当于卖10000，所以削弱

Jennifer's argument is that the selling service in videorama caused the decline in centerville
Brad's objection is that they only sold very few videos which shouldn't cause a thred of threat to centerville's business
To weaken Brad's objection, the essence is to find something that is related to the vedio-sales can strengthen Jen's argument

decline in centerville's rental business doesn't mean there will be a boost in videorama's own rental business.

E means there will be less people renting in the area and it'll most likely bring downs rental business as a whole.
