这句话需要个转折，所以排除ABE.留下CD.根据句子意思，可以看出需要表示的意思是除了在。。。地方，再加上根据词典写的EXCEPTING的用法－通常跟在NOT后，可以肯定是选C.

搜到了貌似是excepting用于否定句
