答案是A，我选的是B，不知道B有什么错诶，不会是but后面for injury to people平行对称吧～～～～～

我不知道permit后面能不能用ing，但是从5个选项可以猜到，应该是ing形式，因为只有一个是用名词的。排除E

give sb compensation明显比直接用动词compensate差，排除C，D

AB做比较，the damanging of ，明显看出the XXX of sth的XXX应该是名词，名词那就直接用damage好了，再连同后面未化纤的 for injury to people，那我一定选A
