不知道这样的咨询会到底能得到多少信息呢，要怎么选择

因为我生活在北京和上海之外的城市，如果每个我想申申试试看的学校的咨询会都去必定是不现实的

it may give you a flavour of the school. However, not attending won't hurt your chance of being admitted
