正确选项：D

问题：“begin”为描述瞬间动作，而非持续动作的动词，如何有现在完成时态“have begun”？“have begun”如何解释？

此题做过数遍，每次看到完成时态的标志词“Since”知道主句谓语动词要用现在完成时态，但看到“begin”每次选择都非常犹豫，请牛牛们指点,顿首！！！

强调从1986年开始就已经开始了啊,可以理解为对现在有影响

第一我想LZ一定知道为什么不用that了，第二，LZ也一定知道无生命得东西最好用of结构而不是's结构，OG得题出的很客气，基本上把相对完美得组合放在正确答案力，也就是说不考虑begin，在考场上得话，我相信LZ不会去博弈而放弃D得，最后回答begin，虽说主从句时态尽量一至，但不是必须一至，比如我们自己初中学得主将从现，我总结得是：如果没有特殊得时态指引词来表明逻辑意义上需要有先后，才需要一至，这里主句开头有since 1986，原句得意思可能是想体现出两个动作上得时间差别，begin用完成时就是道现在还有公司开始.....，我是这样理解得，LZ凑合着看看吧，你说得持续性这个问题，我在GMAT中几乎所有得OG和老帖中都没人提道这个问题

但关于BEGIN非持续性动作的动词而使用完成时态，在下还是难以释怀。非持续性动作的动词不能使用完成时态，这好像是基本语法规则。

“开始”就是开始，要么过去某个时间开始的，要么正在开始或是将来某个时间开始，怎么会持续开始到现在？真是费解！！

可能G里面并不注重吧，更注重这个动作是不是延续到今天，侧重可能不一样
