答案没问题。1.句中的with是修饰主语rice吗？2.句中的more是什么词性？名词？

1. protein is consisted by amino acids. I think "with..." modifies protein (in rice).
2. "more" here is a pronoun.

在C和D中, it指代rice protein ( C: the protein in rice, D: rice protein), 发生歧义的地方在rice protein 不会存在于wheat之中.
至于4楼所讲的with问题, 我觉的是修释that, 然而that又指代前面的protein, 但并非指的是存在于rice的protein, 而是指所有的protein.

关于with的修饰，同意turtlechen的说法。

rice has protein （of higher quality than that in wheat，）with........

这里with修饰rice里的protein，因为with后面有个more，说明不是一般的protein，而是higher quality的protein。不可能所以的protein都有更多的氨基酸。

我想是这个意思吧：

C.the protein in rice is higher in quality than it is in (wheat)
D.rice protein is higher in quality than it is in (wheat)

这两个选项中，in quality 和in (wheat)对应，比较的是wheat 和 quality,说.the protein in rice 在quanlity 方面比在 wheat方面强。所以，就意味着，wheat和quality同是rice protein的一部分。

可能OG写错了。应该是wheat contains rice protein。
