标题: 诚心请教：本科应届毕业生申请美国top的Finnace PHD怎样？

看到很多人的profile都有industry的工作经验，作为本科生顶多有一些实习，申请top finance的成功概率多大？

听说很难，所以想申请Master.但是答应给我写推荐信的外国教授极力希望我申请PHD, 所以来问问情况。希望知道得XDJM不吝赐教！

see the former poster first then ask questions.

I would say it is hard for you to even get a phd in fin, not to mention in top school

Thanks for your opinion!

I have read a lot of posters before asking my question. I can tell most people apply with years of w/e, or more than one master degrees. However, few talked about applying as an undergraduate.

If it's realy tough or even impossible, I will forget about it and focus on master programs in finance. Maybe apply for PHD after that.

如果在美国或者香港新加坡读的本科还是有希望的，最好有个math sta之类的minor

top就不用想了，事实上能申到都很不容易，可以考虑读一个US还不错的master之后再想这个问题

有导师的推荐就比较可能。
