标题: [求助]两个问题,实在是不懂~

1. 有关主谓单复数一致性的问题: 主语和宾语的单复数是不是要一致呢?

以下一个句子,有点

what is much more difficult to determine (主语从句,是单数还是复数呢?)

is (答案的谓语动词给的单数~~~)

the reason..., the use to..., and the meaning....(并列的单数应该是复数吧?)

Minnesota is the only one of the contiguous forty-eight states that still has a sizable wolf population, and where this predator remains that archenemy of cattle and sheep.

E. where there is still a sizable population of wolves and where

问题:

1. there is 出现在正确答案里了,XDF说是肯定不对的东东啊~~~

2. a sizable population of wolves 比 a sizable wolf population 简洁么? 二者有什么不同么?

3. 作为修饰成份并列,为什么一定要引导词相同呢? 从逻辑层面上讲, that 和 where 分别引导应该没有问题吧?

and 连接两个并列结构~~ 形式对称

there be 错误只是倾向性的判断，前提是语法正确的情况下~ ~~

实际上there be 是描述自然存在的东东~~

还是不太明白,觉得逻辑高于形式~ 这样的变化更加不简洁了~

而且a sizable population of wolves 也比原来的复杂~~~

能不能讲的再透彻一点呢? 谢谢~~~

gmat 中的语法是 correct and effectiven

没有绝对的对与错，只有好与不好，优与不优

E 选项是形式对称。。而且逻辑也是很正确的啊

sizable 不能修饰wolf吧~~ 相当大的狼？？诡异 a sizable wolf population

sizable 应该是修饰population 大的数目

简洁是在两个选项都正确的情况下才作为判断的标准吧~~

and的平行结构

a sizable wolf population 修饰关系有问题

A的那个逗号有问题，因为修饰的是同一主语and前没有逗号

谢谢啊~ and前不能有都好是因为可能和主句形成形式上的并列,有歧义是么?
