标题: [求助]问插入语的问题

The use of gravity waves, which do not interact with matter in the way electromagnetic waves do,hopefully will enable astronomers to study the actual formation of black holes and neutron stars.

A.in the way electromagnetic waves do,hopefully will enable

B.in the way electromagnetic waves do, will,it is hoped, enable

C.like electromagnetic waves,hopefuly will enable

为什么选B呢？C选项为什么不对呢？B中的插入语总觉得怪怪的，请高人指教！！

hopefuly有歧义，在书面语中是要被排除的

必须使用It is hoped代替hopefuly

c意思不对啊，用了like electromagnetic waves,本来是主语比较变成宾语比较了，感觉electromagnetic waves成了matters 的一部分，本来应该electromagnetic waves intetract with matter 和 gravity waves interact with waves 比较的
