Debit card? It should not be a problem. Normally it is more widely accepted than credit card in the US. I guess that the fee is lower for merchant as the issuing bank does not loan you money.作者: kathy72 时间: 2004-1-17 22:52

谢谢各位，我今天去了工行卡部不幸的是网上支付1月份停办，那位知道除了工行的借计卡还有那个银行的借计卡可以办理，我现在再申请信用卡已来不及。另外，我如果借了一张信用卡用于网上支付，那是不是还得像工行的卡一样要开通此业务。谢谢各位。
