Almost like clones in their similarity to one another,the cheetah species' homogeneity makes them especially vunerable to disease.

A.the cheetah species' homogeneity makes them especially vunerable to disease.

D.homogeneity makes members of the cheetah species especially vunerable to disease

E.members of the cheetah species are especially vunerable to disease because of their homogeinty.

为什么选E不选D呢？E比D好在哪儿呢？我觉得两个都对，请高人指点！！

clones这里指的是被克隆出来的生物们。

like比较的对象要对等。members和clones这里都是指生物，所以对等。

另外可以从逻辑关系上判断，D中，clones不能发出makes members of the cheetah species especially vunerable to disease这样的动作，所以clones和homogeneity不对等。
