答案是A，但是为什么D是错误的。。还有A后面是用完成时态，这个正确吗？

这道我也错了,刚才搜索了一下，appears that的用法也有。但应该也许只能以形式主语it+appears that出现吧（I'm not sure about this）

恩是的，it做形式主语 it appears that。。。
