答案是E，我可以理解。

但是讲解上说A和B的former用的不符合逻辑，我不明白是什么意思？

为什么不符合逻辑？

请各位高人帮我讲解一下！

attended more than 400 meetings 和 reviewed more than 700 rezoning applications这两个动作是作为chair时做的,不是作为前任chair做的.

也就是说,如果用former的话,表示这两个动作是在卸任以后做的.没有former时,表示在任时做的.
