答案是A。不明白的是，为什么than后面要多个do？这是个什么语法现象啊？

"do"是代consider.

这是个什么结构啊？倒装？在对比的结构中倒装？是指小城市的人们认为他们不高兴的程度，高于在大城市的人们吗？

为什么不可以是：

1. yes, 是倒裝, G中的comparison中常見.
2. 個人意見: 這一題不補do是okay....補or不補是看不補會不會create any confusion

For example:
John helps me more than Ken.
是John幫我多比Ken幫我多, 還是John幫我多比John幫Ken多?
如果是想說John幫我多比Ken幫我多, then you have to rewrite the sentence to:
John helps me more than does Ken. (or John help me more than Ken does.)
