我查了牛津高阶词典，里面没有关于rate 的任何一个选项说rate 后面要接 for 呀 ,请各位牛牛帮忙解答一下

rates for 或rates of都是对的，就象price for和price of，interest rate for和interest rate of 一样。
这道题考的不是of或for的用法。
A)中soaring已经表达了rise的意思，所以很累赘；B)找哦人能够 rates are a force的用法应当避免（xx's is y的用法语法上不能说绝对错），而且are a force不如force好。

rate作为“率”解释，后面跟of

rate作为“价格”解释，后面跟for
