标题: Problem from Cambridge GMAT
The actual votes cast by incumbents can provide voters with a more accurate picture of their attitude than the speeches they make while campaigning for reelection.

B) the attitudes of incumbents than the speeches they make
C) the attitudes of incumbents than do the speeches they make
D) the attitudes of incumbents than do the speeches they make
E) the attitudes of incumbents than do the speeches

这题是谁跟谁比? 有点模糊, 能解释下吗?

can't tell the difference between c and d. but I believe the comparison structure is :

"...votes...provide...more accurate...than do speeches...".

It looks strange.  There seems to have some missing words.
I try to compare below sentences for you:
A:The actual votes cast by incumbents can provide voters with a more accurate picture of their attitude than the speeches they make while campaigning for reelection.
they , their = incumbents? or = voters?

B:The actual votes cast by incumbents can provide voters with a more accurate picture of the attitudes of incumbents than the speeches they make while campaigning for reelection.

C:The actual votes cast by incumbents can provide voters with a more accurate picture of the attitudes of incumbents than do the speeches they make while campaigning for reelection.
