这道题答案给的是C，只是将结论提升为前提。应该算是一道简单题吧。可是我当时选的是A，我有点不理解，其实A应该也算是一个大前提，如果乘客数量减少，那不管是多少钱都是没人去乘车啊。

请赐教！

文章中说, $20就会prohibitive

A说, 即使fare increase, 乘坐公车的低收入者数量不变...不变的话, 这么能说prohibitive呢?

我理解你的意思了，就是说A的这个前提是和题目冲突的。
