A的意思就是说,公司对直接竞争对手采用benchmarking,容易使经理人专注于已经实施过了的方法,(而不是去发现更好的方法).就是反驳了
"公司的经理人也可以用这个技术去发现更好的实践方法并判断这个实践方法的实施是否有效"这个意思.
