JOB
DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Development Executive’s
(BDE) primary objective is
            to
find, evaluate and secure new investment opportunities for company. Specific
roles and
            responsibilities for this job
            include:

• Meet
with the
senior management of Chinese
companies that are interested
in raising investment capital from the international capital markets;

•       Follow up on
            leads
that are
            generated via company’s marketing
department, and generate new
leads by contacting companies directly (i.e. cold-calling);

• Educate
the
senior management of Chinese companies about company’s products and
services

(including our process for evaluating investment
opportunities and
completing an investment);

        •           Educate
the
            senior management of Chinese
            companies
about the benefits of securing
investment capital from the
international capital markets;

        •         Set
expectations and negotiate
investment
            terms between company and
            Educate the
            senior
management of Chinese
            companies;

        •           Ensure that the investment
            process proceeds
smoothly, and address any problems
or concerns that arise
            with the senior
            management
of the target company;

        •           Manage the entire
investment process,
            and
coordinate between the
senior management and various company resources that
            will be involved
in the investment process;

EXPERIENCE
REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants for
this job should have the following
minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree
in business, finance, accounting or economics; An MBA or Master’s in Finance or Accounting is desirable, but
not required;

• Minimum
4 years work experience in the financial industry—including
investment
banking, accounting, financial management,
etc.

• Outgoing personality, with ability to build
relationships, networks, and inspire trust;

• Advanced understanding
of
financial terms, language,
and structures;

• Desire to learn, high-level
of curiosity and willingness to work hard;

LANGUAGE
REQUIREMENTS:

      •                                  CHINESE:
            NATIVE
                LEVEL;

•                                  ENGLISH:
            FLUENT
                (Candidate
must be
            able to read, write, speak and translate
            from/to Chinese/English);
