B. 答案应该是错的。句子结构是 make it adj to do ,不能跟that从句。

E.答案因该是错的。a law being passed ,用og的解释是wordy(being应该省略)。

这道凭什么选A不选D啊....

原句的意思是2层比较，答案A很好的表达了这两层意思，并且主动词（谓语）并列的相当对称。而E. 把原本主要成分改变成了附属成分，属于改变了句子意思。逻辑表达题需要慢慢体会。
