OG说which 引导非限制性定于从句，为什么这里的with which都没有逗号呢？

因为with which引导的是限制性定语从句

这里不是非限定性定语从句。

当指示代词前面有介词（这里是with）的时候是不能用that只能用which的，其他情况的限制性定语从句一律规定用that。

我知道像how to do this is a problem这样用“to do结构”代“主谓结构”的主语从句或宾语从句，但是还没见过定语从句也能这样做。大家确信定语从句这样做是正确的么？我在网上没找到相关的语法说明啊。

楼上大哥，这题选D来着。

另外你说的with which to这个结构的，似乎的确这样使用不合语法。

因为定语从句理论上应该只黏着在其修饰词之后，具有独立性，理应与句子中其他修饰成分不发生关系。

但是这一题里，去掉不定式状语:to dress.....成分后with which不是完整的定语从句。正确的是with which they dressed

哈哈，谢谢alohabrian。我想说的是B中with which to do的这个错误《语法笔记》没有提，我不放心。D是官方答案，没错。

(C) young Athenian women作为According to…的逻辑主语,不符合逻辑

但是到了下面一题，怎么就可以做逻辑主语了呢？？？十分十分不解

句子结构：According to…, women… were three times as likely to… as women…
主语是women，系动词were，表语是three times as likely to…。
我给大家补充一下解释
according to 是介词结构，不是 participle phrase，根本没有什么所谓“逻辑主语”。（去 dictionary.com 查 according to 就知道这个词组是介词了。）写 Prep 解释的人，看到了 according to 里面的 ing，就以为是 participle phrase，结果就犯了这个弥天大错。

是不是C选项中的 that they used to 会产生一种歧义——她们过去如何如何
